Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Diarrhea After Gall Bladder Removal

My 27 year old daughter had a number of years of nausea and vomiting; 4 months ago she had her gall bladder removed. She is still experiencing nausea, diarrhea (approx. once a month to where she misses a couple of days work). Last week when I took her to the ER to be hydrated after 4 days of nausea and diarrhea, her urine showed blood in it, but no high WBC. Please help us; thank you so much.
