Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Diarrhea Associated With Depression

Hi! So I guess for a couple years, I have always had stomach pains, I would never vomit, just have pains, some days are good and some are bad. Well since last april, they re getting worse. It s mostly in my left upper stomach, or every where but I feel nausea, and feel like Im going to throw up but never do. My stomach makes noises, and I m belching too after I eat. It was kinda sad because I went to two proms this year (I m going to be a freshman in college in the fall), and at each one I felt like I was going to be sick. I am sick of having stomach pains all the time. I am really active, I do a lot of crossfit related activities and cardio 5 times a week, with a healthy diet. My stool (I hate talking about this) is sometimes normal, but for the most part it s diarrhea like and I go every 2 days or every other day. My stomach is bloated a lot, like everywhere. But then after a day or so it goes back to normal. Today, I went to meet up with my roommate, but I think today was the worst pain I felt. I felt nauseated, couldn t eat, had really bad diarrhea. My hands where trembling, I could barely walk without feeling faint, blurred vision and I can almost swear they turned to a pale color. I am feeling fine now because I am laying down in bed. I think that I might have social anxiety or depression though, I haven t gotten the diagnosis but I have a feeling I might have it and I show a lot of symptoms, but I wouldn t think that it s related to my stomach pains. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
