Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Excessive Vomiting
I am pregnant for 2 months and have been suffering from exccessive vomiting doctor advice me to take doxinate injection tablets and a d10 saline i have been treated for two days after that vomiting and nausea gone suddenly...so now we are afraid becouse there is not even single sign of nausia.

It may be due to chronic gastritis.
For that you can take antacids, syp mucaine gel after consultation.
Avoid hot and spicy foods.
Do regular exercise.
In case of not getting relief you may require upper GI endoscopy after consultation
