Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Fever

Good day. Three days ago, I had nausea and fever, and it stopped but two days ago I had skin colored stool. It was also pale yesterday. Today I didn t go to the bathroom. I don t feel pain, I have appetite, and I feel normal. My urine is perfectly fine, it is normal in color, and doesn t smell. Can it be something harmless and temporary? Thank you.
