Even though they appear to be more of psychological origin, as they are interfering with your quality of life especially when away from home, your problem needs to be addressed.
First of all, don’t worry. There is no question of being embarrassed as it’s not your mistake. Just relax and follow the below given simple steps:
1) First of all, try to have a companion whenever you are away from home. The purpose of it is to keep you engaged such that you'll forget your symptoms.
2) Tablet
Vomikind or
Ondem MD can be taken for
nausea.
3) The best solution for you would be mental and physical relaxation either by exercising, freaking out or watching your favourite programs or talking to your loved ones.
4) Other ideas like gardening, reading books, playing with kids and pets can also be done if possible.
5) Practising
yoga daily or at least 5 days a week would help you combat your problem in a better way.
6) If you are an introvert, just come out of it and try to mingle with people as much as possible.
One most important thing is that our mind sometimes works as a magnifying
lens and thus we feel even a rat as a lion. So, you aren’t suffering from any disease and only a slight change in thoughts and food (as you had already done) should be more than enough.
