Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Nausea, hearing a popping sound, insomnia and other symptoms are plaguing my wife. She's nursing a young child and is exhausted. She feels a burning sensation on her skin and is sensitive to light. She also probably has tendonitis in her forearms from the child sleeping on them. Aside from the obvious - she needs a vacation - can you suggest any palliative care or treatments that would be useful tonight? She's seeing an internist tomorrow. The popping sound is particularly perplexing as she is worried it might indicate a neurological problem such as a tumor.
HI Well come to HCM The symptoms that are given here may not be due to neurological problem neither this are due to any disease but this could be nonspecific type of complaints and if this is more troublesome then then this need to be managed and in my opinion this can be treated with the following medicines. 1) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg twice in day 2) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day 3) Tab Chlordiazepoxide at bed time every thing would be fine soon, take care and have a nice day.
