Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Lack Of Appetite

I threw up 4 large jelly bean size yellowish white chunks of what looked like hardened gelatin. I ve been nauseated for several weeks. I haven t had much of an appetite and when I do eat I cant eat very much. I was very tired and had a very hard time doing anything physical. After I through those things up I felt better physically as far as doing work. I m still kind of nauseated and cant eat very much. I thought I had a flu bug! Any ideas???
