Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Ligament Pain

I am 4 months late on my period. I really think and feel pregnant. I have had nausea, migraines, what I think is round ligament pain which is twinges that last 30 seconds in my lower right abdomen, I have felt here recently movements which feels like a fish swimming around, not gas. Gas feels different. I have also had mood swings out of the wall. My stomach has grown a little bit. Being at four months it d be able THE size of a dill pickle. I have also used an at home doppler for a heartbeat and it registered 161. Am I pregnant? I m sure I d have to be if I am feeling movements and I used an at home doppler which showed a heartbeat of 161 bpm. I don t know what to do. I have not gotten any positive results (urine and blood tests. No ultra sound done). Is it possible that I really am pregnant even without positive results?
