Hello and welcome to HCM,
A 4 mm kidney stone can lead to nausea and this can occur if the kidney stones leads to abnormal kidney functions.
Abnormal kidney functions can lead to increase in urea, creatinine and uric acid.
Deranged kidney functions can lead to nausea and vomiting.
However, other possibilities of nausea and weakness need to investigated.
In addition, a kidney stone is unlikely to cause pain in leg.
Thus, you need to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment to find out the cause of these symptoms and thus plan treatment.

Thanks and take care
