Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Severe Abdominal Pain
my daughter started throwing up around 3:00 this afternoon. she does not feel much better after throwing up. She has nothing left in her ..has the dry heaves... but she has mentioned a couple of times that her low abdomen/bladder hurts. she says she has a sharp pain as if she uses the restroom and can t get it all out or needs to go again...

It could be due to severe gastritis. As a first line management drugs like Pantoprazole-Domeperidone can be tried. If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy.
