Hi,
There can be various reasons for your pain and nausea. It can be due to gastritis or
acid reflux, intestinal infection (enteritis),
urinary tract infections (usually cause burning during passage of urine) or even infections of liver or pancreas. Sometimes due to overeating or taking excess of spicy or oily food, pain can also occur. Even it can be due to some medicines (like pain killers)or due to anxiety or stress.
First of all, focus on your diet. Take small frequent meals. Take bland diet- avoid excess of tea and coffee. Take plenty of fluids. However, I still feel that if your symptoms are not improving do go for some investigations like
complete blood count, CRP, liver function tests, amylase, lipase,
helicobacter pylori and
ultrasound abdomen.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
