Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Stomach Pain

I rarely ever poop, maybe once or twice a week and not very much. lately i have been feeling nauseous and having stomach pains ( like pressure ).. this is very uncomfterable because i feel like im full of toxins. I drink coffee everyday but it hasnt helped.

Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Passing stools once or twice in a week may be your natural body clock or habit and may not be needed to take much of a treatment if no symptoms were present.
But if there are any symptoms related to the defecation like pain, fullness, bloating or so, you need a proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like that of stool, blood and urine.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position to see for the fecoliths.
Colonoscopy after proper preparation.
CT scan of the abdomen.
All thee will help for the proper diagnosis.
If a medical cause then enema and laxatives should help you.
If there is cany mass, polyp or cancer, you may need a definitive treatment with surgery or so as indicated.
