Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Vomiting During Pregnancy

Hi, i am 12 weeks pregnant and i have nausea all the time, i vomit 3-4 times a day and my sleep is very short because of the discomfort. My doctor does not take this seriously and did not prescribe me anything to get better. I do not know if nausea will go away soon but i am really suffering and I feel like I am not living my life anymore. Please advise what I should do.

Have a plenty of water and liquid orally along with dry food, you also take Tab - Doxylamine one tablet Thrice in day, if severe vomitting then took two tablet.
