Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Vomiting In A Diabetic Person

I am type 2 diabetic but I am having a lot of nausea and vomiting, watch what I eat, take my oral meds, exercise , generally keep my A1C down. I am a 51yr old female and not pregnant. I am also losing my appetite lately. Nothing sounds good. I also take a multivitamin . What could possibly be going on?

Hello. I understand your problem and i will try my best to solve it.
i suggest you a tablet PAN -D , which contain antacid and antiemetic.
so this tablet you take when you feel vomiting and nausea.
