Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Diarrhea, Right-sided Abdominal Pain And Tightness

I started with a pain on my right side, I thought it was a ovarian cyst, it had hurt off and on for awhile, but recently it has hurt everyday, also recently my stomach has been very extended and hard with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea. I have been feeling really worn out and really sick.

Your symptoms suggests you could be having acute gastritis, appendicitis, choleycistitis or non specific colitis,or urinary tract infection, renal or uretric calculi. I advise you to get ultrasound done for proper diagnosis.
