General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea with or without blood can be due to infection of the gastrointestinal tract.
This is usually a viral or bacterial infection, with viral infection being most common.

In most cases the infection is self limiting, lasting only up to a week but it can last longer.
If it lasts longer than 4 weeks then causes other than infection would need to be ruled out.

A stool sample to the lab would determine which type of infection is causing the problem.

In most cases , treatment consists mainly of: (a)fluid replacement of the fluids loss in the stool and vomit

Using oral rehydration products or sport drinks such as gatorade, would be best

(2)probiotics, either on their own or in certain yogurts, would help

(3)there are medications that help with diarrhea such pepto bismol or lomotil can ask with the diarrhea

I hope this helps
