Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Fatigue And Swelling On Body

I have been having some issues. For over 6 months my arms go numb laying down. I have a lump I discovered at the base of my skull next to my spine. Most recently I have been feeling dizziness, nausea, fatigue and when I wake in the mornings my whole body is swollen. What can I do to relieve these symptoms or can you provide anything I should ask my doctor to look for?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, that lump should be worked up and ultrasound as well as guided biopsy may be needed if solid. For swelling examination to see it seems due to fluid accumulation, kidney and liver function tests as well as albumin levels in blood and urine must be monitored. Echocardiogram as well as autoimmune disorders should be ruled out with baseline inflammatory markers as fatigue early morning needs work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
