Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Fatigue And Upset Stomach

I finished a period that lasted two weeks on Sunday. Started feeling nauseous also on Sunday with a bit of an upset stomach and fatigue. Still experiencing the nausea, upset stomach and fatigue. It doesn t seem to be going away. Not sure if it s related to the long period or not.
