Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Hair Loss And Fatigue

My mom fell and broke her nose and scrapped up her forehead on a cement driveway. We took her to Dr they did CT scan and scary and sent her to ENT specialist. She checked out ok. But she has been experiencing nauseous feelings on and off for a week and half after fall. She is not vomiting. But rarely does when nauseous. She is not confused. Should we be concerned?

get her examined by ent specialist.keepher on observation. if she is having nausea then observe for pupil size and takemri of brain and consultneurologis keep under observation. it may be concusion means just brain shaking.refraction can be done and fundusexamination to see any sign of CNS involvement.
