Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Headaches And High BP

My fiance was cooking and then he started feeling nausea, headache, shaky and he has been thirsty today and urinating frequently within the last 3 hours. He has not eaten much today. He has high blood pressure. He has now eaten and says the symptons are not quite as bad. What could have caused this and should I be concerned?
