Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Heartburn And Dizziness During Pregnancy

I am currently 33weeks pregnant, and for the last 3days I have been experiencing heavy nausea and throwing up, I cant seem to keep anything down, my heartburn has increased as well as tight pains in my chest and stomach (which almost feels like hunger pains), baby has not stopped moving which makes me a little calm, but with all this as a result I am experiencing weakness and dizziness. what could this be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It is quite common in pregnancy.
As of now drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
If you experience vomiting, IV fluids may be required.
Antacids like omeprazole for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
