Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Lightheadedness And Breathing Issues
I had 2 fillings replaced at dentist with Novocain. That afternoon I started having anxiety/panick attacks. That night I was up all night with nausea, lightheaded, dizzy, trouble breathing and anxiety/panic attacks. The next day I had several more attacks with one being so severe I went to Urgent Care. They did an EKG and chest X-ray and ruled out everything but anxiety/panic attacks and told me I might have had a reaction to to the novocaine and it might take a week to get out of my system. I have never heard of this and would like to know if this is possible. Thank you.
So you should consult the treating doctor and ask for replacing the other drug. Then this will stop automatically without compromising your ongoing treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care

Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Lightheadedness And Breathing Issues
Hello, Novocaine contains procaine. Breathing issues plus drowsiness, facial oedema are a common allergic reaction to Novocaine. So you should consult the treating doctor and ask for replacing the other drug. Then this will stop automatically without compromising your ongoing treatment. Hope I have answered your query.
