Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Pain In The Anus And Nose Bleeds

About an hour ago, I had a bowel movement so I went to the bathroom and had a bad pain in my anus and I felt nauseous and started sweating. So I got up and went to my room and I was picking something up off the bed and it was still hurting so I stood up and walked to the bathroom again leaning over feeling the pain in the anus and nauseous and lightheaded and then I passed out for a few seconds on the carpet. Before I passed out I was leaning over so it broke my fall a lot. I got a bloody nose and some rug burn on my nose. And feel a little sore. Wondering what could have caused it? I have no known medical conditions. My blood pressure is 140/86. I am a 19 year old male.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi sir.

At times straining too much can also cause this, but I have also noticed it in many patients who have internal bleeding (e.g. peptic ulcer disease), and so once you do pass your bowels make sure you observe their colour and consistency. For now, try and rest and avoid straining.

Best wishes.
