Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Stomachache And A Body Temperature Of 95
hi my daughter tested positive for strep throat about a month ago. She never did feel the same and kept complaining her throat hurt. Now the little girl across the street tested positive for strep throat yesterday. Now today my daughter feels nauseated and her stomach hurts plus her temp is 95. Is that dangerous to have a temp of 95?
Hello and welcome to HCM, High and low temperatures are both undesirable. Low body temperature leads to hypothermia and there are various causes for hypothermia. Infection s one of the common cause of low body temperature. Stomach ache suggests gastrointestinal tract (GIT) infection or spasmodic pain. You need to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment. The chances of infection are more since there was preceding throat infection also. In the meanwhile, take light food and plenty of fluids.
Thanks and take care DR Shailja P Wahal
