Hello,

Your mother has a history of stroke & she is now having fatigue. Fatigue is caused due to anemia, arthritis, fibromyalgia, thyroid & heart issues.

Let her continue to take the medications of vertigo as she has been prescribed.

You are suggested to take her to ER, get her a thorough medical check-up done. Get all blood (CBC, urinalysis, lipid profile, blood sugar, T3, T4 TSH) & Imaging tests done. Her treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
