Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Vomiting And Hypersalivation

I began taking niacin one week plus a few days ago. Since taking it, I have experienced sweats, excessive salvation, nausea and vomiting. This is the only new medication other than prescribed omega oil capsules. Should I temporarily d/c the niacin?

Your symptoms seem to be related to niacin side effects.

Some of the common side effects of Niacin are:
Sweating or chills.
Nausea, burping, diarrhea.
Leg cramps, muscle pain.
If the symptoms continue I suggest you to stop the medication.
