Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Cramps And Headache For A 16-year-old

My 16 year old son is experiencing nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, headache and the gland on the right side of his neck is swollen. The swollen gland symptom started yesterday, the headache, nausea and vomiting started today. He is also complaining of a sore neck and muscle pain in his legs. My concern is that he has been on a college campus the past 4 weeks staying in a dorm room. Do his symptoms sound concerning for meningitis or more flu like?

Thanks you for asking this question. I have undergone through your question. I understand your concern. These symptoms are pointing towards meningitis which needs to be confirmed by physical examination and investigations
Advise
1. Visit emergency in a hospital
2. Investigation - CBC, ESR, CSF examination
2. treatment recommended - antibiotic, anti-emetic for vomiting, antispasmodic for stomach pain
