Suggest Treatment For Nausea When Under Stress

I m under immense amount of stress at my job lately. Today was particularly bad. I have been experiencing a lot of tightness in my stomachs. It feels like its right underneath the bottom center of my ribcage and follows my bottom ribs along both sides. I wouldn t say its necessarily painful but it is uncomfortable. I have been experiencing a fair amount of nausea to go with it to the point where I feel like vomiting although that hasn t actually happened yet. Previously this would stop happening within a few hours of leaving work but anymore it is pretty constant whether at work or at home or even on the weekend. Sundays are typically a wash for me anymore because I start getting so anxious with this all consuming feeling of dread over having to go back to work the next day that the whole day is usually spent feeling sick. My best explanation of this tightness is that it kind if feels like a big knot underneath the bottom of my ribs. I m sure this is stress related bit I don t know what exactly is wrong with me, how to fix it or even if it is indicative of a much larger and more serious problem. Any ideas or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Stress always makes body to feel tired. That is a short cut method used by the body to compel to take rest. As the result, the body feels tired. In such a scenario, anxiety sets in and gastric reflux results. Such a combination induces pressure on diaphragm. Result, constriction of chest cavity, pressure, pain, uneasiness, shortness of breath and further anxiety etc. Taking proper rest is the perfect remedy.

Start with these simple steps

Step 1 - Practice Deep and full breathing whenever possible
Step 2 - Drink plenty of water and fruit juices.
Step 3 - A Tomato a day keeps anxiety at bay
Step 4 - Exercise regularly
Step 5 - Learn to think positively

I can help you in this aspect. Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.
