General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to H.C.M. I am Dr Krishna Dubey.
Dear friend , nausea is very common problem that can resolve easily.
Avoid spicy, tea ,coffee, smoking and alcohol.
As you told that you are suffering from sinus infection, phelgm and occasional cough so i suggest you antibiotic(Augmentin has good role in it)), steam inhalation 3-4 times a day, antiallergic (like Allegra) and antacid like Pantoprazole and Domperidone combination.
Thanx for query.
