Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain And Dull Headaches

Had a similar experience whereas had a chinese neck massage on the run while on Holidays. Since this, two weeks ago have experienced neck pain, dull headache which comes and goes plus had two nose bleeds out of the same nostril, but these stopped shortly after. The first nose been same a decent globule of blood clot like??

The treatment of headache and neck pain depend on the underlying cause even though in most cases, the cause might be difficult to identify.Some causes of your symptoms may include: tension type headache, migraine, cervical osteoarthritis.
I will suggest you take a pain medication like paracatamol/codeine combination like Klipal 600, avoid stress and rest well.Neck massage with a pain gel like dynapar gel may help.If the symptoms continue, you may see your doctor for examination and other treatment options like steroid medications, myorelaxants and physiotherapy may be exploited.
