Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain And Shoulder Stiffness After Injury

I fell down the stairs from about 3/4 of the way up, and managed a complete sumersault, landing on the right side of my neck/ shoulder. My neck feels painful if I lift my shoulders upand move my neck, I feel shaken and stiff, I have ended up at work but should I go to my doctors to be checked out?

Hello,

If you experience unbearable pain and swelling then you should definitely see a physician and get an X-ray of the affected area done. But if you have only stiffness then you can apply move spray, do not fomentation and take OTC painkiller.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
