Hi,
Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic,I am Dr Saleha I have read your question and will try to help you through this health care concern you just mentioned.
You symptoms and history are quite indicative of musculo skeletal pain.It seems like some how you spine muscles got stretched, may be you lifted something heavy or extended you back without warm up or something, this has created muscle spasm and now causing problems specially when you move your body.
This is indeed a painful and rather debilitating situation but it can be made better quite easily following a few points I will hereby mention to you.
You should use a pain killer for relief exedrin or
brufen can be of read help. A warm water bottle, warm compress or massager will help softening up the muscle and in turn it will releive your symptoms.
You can rub any pain killer cream over the area. In extreme cases if pain doesn't get relieved I will suggest you to visit your doctor and discuss about getting a
muscle relaxant prescribed this can help you greatly specially in settings of muscle spasm.
You don't have to panic this will get better in a couple of days if you follow my instructions.
I hope this answers your question if you have more feel free to ask.
Best regards.
Dr.Saleha
