Low sperm count can result due to many things, excessive alcohol, smoking are factors that affect sperm count.Do you smoke, drink alcohol?if yes, then you should reduce it and eventually quit smoking. There are other causes for sperm count issues, which need blood work up done.
I suggest that, talk to your doctor regarding this, as she is well aware of your medical history. She can guide you on this. Also there are other options available which can be considered like IVF. You can ask the doctor regarding this as well as other options.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
