Suggest Treatment For Neurogenic Bladder And Recurrent Resistant UTI

Hi, I have neurogenic bladder and suffer recurrent, resistent, UTI's(21 to be exact in less than 2 years). I've had also 2 episodes of kidney infections (pyleonephritis is it called?) with hospitalizations. My recent urinalysis came back with loaded bacteria, large blood, 100 protein, and "Robert's" 1+. What is Robert's? Also, I have over 100 in my WBC and RBC. Oddly enough, my urine culture determines no growth after 48 hrs. Is this possible? Can it be a lab error? The technicians believe so, so the urinalysis was repeated (results are pending). Any comments?

Neurogenic Bladder can be treated with metil cobalamin 500mg three times daily for ten days. But the main cause of this neurogenic bladder should be treated also. Neurogenic Bladder can be caused by spinal cord injury, pelvic floor weakness, vertebral disorder and etc.

Neurogenic bladder causes static urine flow and makes bacterial overgrowth in urine that lead to UTI.
