Sir I have been doing a bad work since last 3,4 years and that is hand practice. But now, i am fully trying to leave this bad habit. Thus I also have been successful in it. But the problem is that sometimes, usually once in week while sleeping the sperm ejects automatically without any feelings and even without my notice. I become aware of it in the morning by watching spot of sperm on my clothes. Otherwise sometimes I even can t know about it for whole day unless I look the spot. Sir, I am requesting you that please recommend me a such an accurate medicine which can be solution to this problem of automatic sperm ejection.
