Suggest Treatment For Nightmare And Insomnia

I am experiencing some recurring symptoms which are rather limiting. Unfreshreshed sleep and rest, joint and muscle pain. Vivid dreams and nightmare and insomnia. Inability to warm up and stay warm and limited motor skills on hands and feet for a few mins a day. Any tips?
