Suggest Treatment For Nocturnal Ejaculation And Semen In Urine

sir i m 23 yrs old and from last 1 year i had sperms coming in urine especially at the time of stole... moreover i had frequent nocturnal ejaculation twice in a week.. i masturbate onces or twice in a month but still i m facing this problem..and due to this i had acne problem also and dark circles.. sir now from last three days i had red sperms coming at the time urine and in todays nocturnal ejaculation.. kindly help me in this regard.

Hi,

Nocturnal ejaculations are perfectly normal as is sperm in urine in an unmarried man. However, what is not normal is the red color. This is most likely blood and therefore you need to see a urologist who can have a closer look at it with a sonography device. Please settle and appointment, it’s important to check why you had blood in your semen.
