Suggest Treatment For Non Healing Sores On Buttocks

I have keratosis pilaris and I have several sores on my buttocks that just won't heal. they will scab over, but not heal from the inside out. Would steroid injections work? I had a small cyst on my inner thigh once and that was what the Doctor used to clead it up.
