Hi welcome to HCM. Your symptoms can be attributed to nasal parasitic infestations. Its extremely vital for you start antiparasitic therapy with antihelminthics for 21 days.Rhinoscopic examination is warranted in your case to remove the worms.Elevated blood pressure needs antihypertensive therapy. In case persistent bleed, posterior nasal packing with adrenaline draped gauge is done.Rest of the treatment is as prescribed. In case the bleed does not resolve within 36 hrs, electrocauterization and ligation of the culprit vessel is needed under general anesthesia.Consult your doctor for further queries. Thank you.
