Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeding

My left nose bleeding in cols , i ask an ENT doctor, he advise to drop saline nasal drops (Otrivin s) , neosprin ointment & Alaspan tablet for 7 days. He also told that I have DNS problem finally it can be cured through operation. What i do? Which nasal solution is best for me.

hello, thanks for your query, otrivin nasal solution is a decongestant can be taken 3drops/3 times/1week. in case of persistent nasal bleeds u may require cuterization.all the best, take care.
