Hi welcome to HCM... Here question has not been asked fully and properly ... But I can get from history is that patient having complaint of cough and nose bleed ... So mostly cause would be rhinitis like infective condition.... When nose bleed there pinch nose with index finger and thumb for five minute ... It will help in immediate stoppage of bleed ... For rhinitis decongestent like diominic DCA can be given.. If inflammation more than fluticasone nasal spray can be given... So you need here is to consult otorhinolaryngologist for nose examination by rhinoscopy ... Take care
