General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergy.
I suggest using an antihistamine such as Benadryl daily.
I also recommend to use a steroid nasal spray.
If the symptoms continue, you should do the allergy tests for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
