Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Burning Sensation On The Forehead

I get numbing and burning in my head on top and forehead. I also feel very heavy like in my head and heat. It goes down to my throat and middle of my chest. closest feeling is like anxiety feeling and then I get really tired. It happens a lot throughout the day and only when I am distracted I don t feel it.

I understand your concern.
The numbing , burning, heat on head, forehead, throat seem to be symptoms of nerve pressures due to cervical spondelitis.
The anxiety,tired are out of psychological stress/ nervousness because of the symptoms.. that's why you do not feel it when you are distracted.
* Please see a spinal surgeon for his expert advise, investigations & specific treatment thereafter.
Treatment would be medicines, physiotherapy & surgery if indicated.
