Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Pain In Buttocks

I always feel numbness and pain from my both tight upper part of my butt and to ease the pain and numbness i always take neurobion tablet, my question is what are the best medicine need for that because almost a year im taking 2 tablets per day, can you please give me the best medicine for this? Thank you?

If you have back pain, you could be having slip disc. Get an MRI Spine. Take Tablet Gabapentin once a day. Get tested for Diabetes.
