Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Swelling On The Tongue And Mouth
I JUST HAD A PACE MAKER PUT IN AFTER I FLAT LINED AT THE HOSPITAL. IT CAUSED ME TO HAVE A LARGE BLOOD CLOT IN MY LEFT ARM. THEY PUT ME ON XERELTO 2O MG. I AM HAVING ALLERGIC REACTIONS TO IT. I HAD A BLOOD CLOTS MY LEFT LEG JAN 2016 FROM KNEE INJECTIONS. THEY PUT ME ON WARFAREN & I ENDED UP IN EMERGENCY WITH HORRIBLE ALLERGIC REACTIONS. I AM HAVING THOSE SAME ALLERGIC REACTON S TO XERELTO. HORRIBLE NUMBNESS ALL OVER, SWELLING OF TONGUE & MOUTH, ETC..
I understand your concern and here's my advice.
The numbness and swelling on the tongue and mouth are due to Xarelto use taking into account your personal history of allergy reaction to blood thinners.
Should discuss immediately with your cardiologist to change therapy and start another blood thinning med.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
