Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Fingers And Hands

I am having numbness in my fingers, mainly fingertips, in both hands. This has been going on for about a month. It is getting difficult to pick up sheets of paper. I also am having problems swallowing on occasion--when I drink fluids. This has been going on for about 6 months. I have Sarcoidosis and auto-immune illnesses run in my family. My maternal grandmother had MS and I am concerned these may be early symptoms of that, I am a 53 year olf male.
