Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I helped save a guy two days ago that was having a seizure and he was about to bite his tongue through the middle and i kind of saved it by, well...sticking my hand in his mouth. He ended up biting me. His tooth scratched my hand and the cut is extremely superficial but the bite crunched my finger and now there is numbness in it. What should I do?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have numbness in the finger. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like neuropathy , atrophy of muscle , cervical spondolysis or carpel tunnel syndrome .
Usually such symptoms occur in people due to cervical spondylosis or ulnar nerve dysfunction .I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , x-ray or ask to do movements .
Doctor may ask you to do stretching exercising , vitamin supplement and physical therapy .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
