Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is not gas but definitely related to the neurological problem. should refer to a neurologist for examination and try to asses neurological involvement. it is also not related to heart attack.

In my opinion, it is a neurological problem. There can be auscultation to rule out. It is definitely not a heart attack. Consult cardiologist and before that ECG neurological problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashok Kumar Dash, Ophthalmologist
