Come homewoke up and my right leg was numb and I am not able to move my fingers or lift my hand to an OK or a thumbs-up position is been all day and it still enough I do not know where could be caused by I was not in an accident or injury I m 30 years old maleand I do inject heroin what could be wrong with my wrist should I be in the ER?

I'm afraid you should be in the ER, especially, with a history of heroin injection, and the symptoms that have been mentioned.
