Suggest Treatment For Numbness On Buttocks And Tingling On Feet

I think I have scaitic nerve damage I can t liftmy left leg when sitting or laying flat on my back. I have burning and pain down the sides of my calves of my legs. Numbness on the left side of my buttock and tingling in my feet if I sit to long. My left hamstring hurts . I find comfort if I sleep with a pillow between my knees. Is that scaitic nerve damage

You are right this could be sciatic nerve pain. Depending on your level of pain, you can try conservative treatment first by ice pack, stretch, and over the counter analgesia if this failed to improve your symptoms than you should seek medical advice which may require X-ray. The doctor can prescribe pain killers, physiotherapy or even spinal injection depending on each patient situation.
